Eberhard and Gertrud Heidrich, deeply connected to their farming heritage in Germany’s lush Westerwald region, were inspired by a personal passion for restorative nutrients and herbal plants. Motivated by the unique nutritional needs of their own family, they created innovative protein blends from milk and plants, long before such products became mainstream.

In the 1990s, HECH collaborated with sports and health experts to expand its expertise, pioneering amino acid and collagen peptide supplements. By the 2000s, the Heidrich family tradition flourished under the leadership of sons Frank and Rolf, who brought decades of global experience in food retail and brand development. Their vision guided the company to Berlin, a vibrant hub of innovation, where HECH redefined beauty nutrition.
